I’ve had the honor of knowing Paul for over 20 years and now he and highly regarded law firm consultant and former solicitor Sally Dyson have a new book detailing the challenges and opportunities that law firm leaders face at a time of unprecedented change and uncertainty in the legal market. The authors contend that the future is bright for firms that embrace innovation, take care of their staff and put clients at the heart of their strategy. It worked brilliantly for Paul for over a decade, building what was then known as Eversheds from a Leeds, UK-based regional firm into a global powerhouse.
