We applaud the dramatic increase in pro bono work by law firms over the past 20 years. The change you contribute to is sometimes small and only noticed by the litigants and at other times changes the course of history. While we have worked with many law firms on pro bono matters and whenever possible, provide our services pro bono, we want to encourage all law firms engaged in pro bono activities to reach out so that we can either provide support (e.g., we host podcasts for general counsel publications), significant fee discounts, or, when feasible, pro bono assistance. We also have litigants come to us requesting our assistance and would love to introduce these parties to you. History making needs a hand.
