An experienced communications professional, Phil leads corporate communications engagements, providing strategic counsel and media relations expertise for a range of clients spanning corporations, brands, governments, and organizations. This includes helping with narrative development, corporate storytelling, media relations and journalist engagement, as well as managing issues-related media campaigns and crisis communications.
Phil has worked across various industry sectors including tech, energy, health, and financial services where he has provided communications and media support for executive visibility initiatives, corporate reputation and recovery campaigns, corporate milestone announcements, and enterprise level issues. He has also counseled clients through financial transactions (IPO and SPAC) and prepared companies for public
testimonies with government entities, such as the Senate Finance Committee and the House Financial Services Committee. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and a Master of Social and Public Communication from the London School of Economics.

Phil is also an experienced media trainer who can work with clients on message development and help prepare for high profile interviews, speaking events, and congressional testimonies.
Phil has lived in Washington, DC for more than 20 years, and resides with his wife and cat, Darth Vader.
