Pat Ramsay is Chief Financial Officer at Levick Strategic Communications. Throughout her more than twenty years experience in finance and accounting operations, Ms. Ramsay has streamlined and improved the financial operations of several multi-million dollar companies. She has a proven track record with top public relations and consulting firms as well as law firms and corporations in the Washington, DC area.
Prior to joining Levick, Ms. Ramsay held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations for the Washington, DC office of Ketchum, where she was responsible for local finance, information technology and facilities management, including budgeting, contracts, fee and billing rate development, forecasting and policy implementation. During Ms. Ramsay’s tenure, office revenue increased nearly 50% and saw a net addition of 47 employees in just under a year.
Prior to Ketchum, Ms. Ramsay headed the east region financial office of CBIZ Accounting, Tax & Advisory Services, where she had financial responsibility for 12 offices from Boston to Miami, with over 300 employees. There, she implemented the region’s first uniform summary financial management reporting system, developed forecast models for revenue projections, and designed a pilot program of accountability and controls for accounts receivable and business unit management.
In addition to Ms. Ramsay’s extensive experience with internal financial overhaul, she was a key player on the strategic merger team during a multi-practice law firm merger and handled complex financial issues affecting operations in Moscow, London, and Mexico City. She is additionally skilled in staff management and the integration of new personnel during critical growth periods.
Ms. Ramsay graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She served as a precinct Assistant Chief Judge in the 2004 National Election, and is a member of the American Management Association and Beta Sigma Gamma.
