Melissa Maslar Arnoff is a Vice President at Levick Strategic Communications with a proven track record in brand development, brand protection, and marketing communications for a diverse clientele. Her clients have been featured in high-profile outlets including the New York Times, Investors’ Business Daily, and Dow Jones, as well as leading industry trade publications.

Prior to joining Levick, Ms. Arnoff was a Vice President at RMR & Associates, where she directed communication strategies for more than 60 clients in a range of vertical markets, including legal marketing, healthcare, biotech, security, and telecommunication public relations.

Ms. Arnoff spearheaded the most successful Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) product launch in the history of Texas Instruments, generating 4,822,178 impressions and 55 articles. She developed corporate positioning and collateral for Masterpack International, a supply-chain logistics software company. Her work has garnered coverage in key industry press and local broadcast outlets throughout the country.

As a broadcast marketing professional, Ms. Arnoff created the 'HFS-tival, an annual concert for WHFS 99.1 FM in Washington, DC that now attracts national attention. Event attendance grew on her watch from 6,000 to 65,000 in the first four years of the event. Ms. Arnoff also led a campaign to re-launch a Czech radio station in Prague after it was purchased by an international media consortium. Fluent in Czech, Ms. Arnoff taught English to high school students in the Czech Republic.

Among her pro bono successes, Ms. Arnoff helped a husband-and-wife Olympic sailing team campaign for the 2004 Athens Olympics by developing a promotional strategy and sponsorship package.

Ms. Arnoff graduated from Capital University in Columbus, OH with a BS in Public Relations and English/Professional writing. She also studied Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) in England. Ms. Arnoff is an active volunteer at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C. and enjoys competitive sailboat racing.
