Formerly the Communications Director at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Jeffrey Rosenberg serves a rich diversity of government and nonprofit clients. Mr. Rosenberg was previously president of Rosenberg Communications, a full-service public relations firm helping public sector agencies and nonprofit organizations develop and implement communications strategies that support their program objectives.
Mr. Rosenberg has conceptualized and managed projects ranging from a multi-million dollar national public education campaign for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to community-based, word-of-mouth campaigns for local nonprofit organizations.
One such project, a national advertising and community outreach campaign directed by Mr. Rosenberg, has been shown in independent evaluations to effectively encourage parents to talk with their children about sex. Mr. Rosenberg is currently serving as the director of a project developing and testing communications products designed to help IVF patients make a decision about what to do with their unused frozen embryos.
As part of his work directing communications for the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, one of the nation’s largest philanthropic efforts, Mr. Rosenberg partners with community-based organizations to reach employers about new approaches to workforce development. He has also developed and executed communications strategies that support the implementation of healthcare reform.
Mr. Rosenberg is an accomplished writer, having authored or co-authored two books, numerous articles, and video and broadcast scripts.
